Professional info

Simon is a chartered project manager who started his career with John Sisk & Son in 1993 as a site engineer working his way up to Contracts Manager before leaving to join McLaren Construction. He was involved in some of John Sisk's most prestigious projects such as Broadwick House, a Richard Rogers commissioned design, for the then Derwent Valley.

His experience and ability to manage significant portfolio risk led to him heading the production team at the Grosvenor House Apartments in Park Lane when it recommenced in 2010. Simons last project with John Sisk was the delivery of 4 & 10 Pentonville Road for Derwent London (a Stiff + Trevillion commissioned design).

Simon was awarded a Chartered Institute of Building Silver Medal for the delivery of the prime residential development at 10 Weymouth Street in 2008. This project was delivered for Ridgeford Properties designed by MAKE Architects (Simon Bowden / Ken Shuttleworth).

Most recently Simon and the consultancy have been actively involved in the 1 Grosvenor Square project for Lodha Developers and supporting London Square Developments in the pre construction planning and project planning requirements for their portfolio.
